Marchmont St Giles' does all its work through 3 committees: Christian Education, Mission and Outreach and Fellowship.

The Christian Education Committee stands alone, but the other 2 committees have teams working within the committee, so that everyone can share in the life and work of the church.

With Mission and Outreach Committee, 3 teams engage in the tasks: Mission in the Parish; Mission outwith the Parish and Communication all work separately and feed into the parent group.

Within Fellowship and Worship, there is a Fellowship and Worship Team, a Social Team and Pastoral Care Team.
