Outreach at MSG

During the course of the year Marchmont St Giles' seeks to share the word and love of God, we deliver greetings to homes in the parish at Easter, Harvest and Christmas time but you don't have to wait for an invitation, you are welcome at any time!

Locally we seek to support charities helping others such as Fairtrade, Freshstart, the Salvation Army, Christian Aid, and through the Guild ,awareness of such groups as Scottish Love in Action, the Lydia Project and the Bluebell Campaign, about post natal depression and Crossreach.

Internationally we have supported '500 Miles', an Edinburgh based charity founded by Olivia Giles and Jamie Andrew to provide help and support for people in Malawi who have lost limbs, to give them some hope of a meaningful life.   http://www.500miles.co.uk
